Alma, I am glad that you know, now. When I found out, it all suddenly made sense, because it is a very Barry song, if I may say so! It is a song that is very much representative of his writing in the seventies. A rhythmic, smart, meaningful and lovely song to hear. And of course it does give the film its special flavour, if you will. I have bought the soundtrack, years ago, about the same time that I bought the Fever one, and have never guessed it. But it is great to know. I have the One Night Only DVD and always enjoy hearing Barry sing the lead vocal on that song, and the twins helping. Love Tali xoxoxo

Yes when I heard it, it sounded exactly like the movie with the only difference being that it was Barry singing the lead instead of Frankie Vali. Sounded so nice.

You have the LP! Sounds great, do you have a turntable to play it on? I got one for my birthday this year, so now I will start adding to my one LP collection, Guily, from a garage sale, for about the same price as yours. You know, I will have to come over sometime, and pay a visit to that store of yours, it sounds very nice! As for Grease, yes, indeedy, Barry wrote that, see the film was being produced and more by Robert Stigwood, who was the guys manager and much much more. He was also responsible for making Fever, the film, that is, and he asked Barry if he could write the theme song. Barry was doubtfull, at first, because of the title, but, being Barry, figured it out quickly enough! I found out about this only this past year myself, I am watching Grease, anf there comes ""Grease" written by Barry Gibb"! I was not entirely surprised, but very very happy. Love, Tali xoxo When you do decide to pay a visit let me know and I could meet you at the store. I think you will love it....it is huge. And the workers there are so helpful. And yes, I do have a turntable. I still call them record players...lol Love Alma

Me too, I love those things! I grew up with one, so I still remember how to use it, lol. They are so simple to use compared to all the ultra modern stereos and other gadgets!
As for the store sounds great! If and when I decide to do so, I will deffinately let you know. It would be great, you and me walking about the store, looking at Bee Gees Records! Between us, we would probably buy all their Bee Gees stuff, lol, at the prices you mentioned, it shouldn't be too difficult! lol. Love, Tali xoxoxo.

There it is, at last, my beloved collection. I never realized how large it actually is, until I set out to photograph it, today, And had to put it all together, in one place. Usually it's just the CDs, DVDs and that very special envelope from Thame in that space. The rest is safely tucked away. But I will find a way to have all my collection together. A bird's eye view. The loveliness to watch, and to listen too, and of course to read! Enter the mags! A close up on Robin! DVDs! Second from right, between Mythology and This Is Where I Came In, is Keppel Road. The title is not visible in the photo, so I thought I'd say what it is, Just In Case, as the song goes. All The Bee Gees Albums, the loveliest music in the world! The CD that is in front of the two signed photos came with them in the envelope that Robin gave me in Thame. Thank You So Much For Being So Sweet And Considerate To Me, Dearest. My Posters, the Spirits one is as old as I am, literally! It's from that book which is standing on the DVD's (for a bit of a close up of the book, look at the photo just above this one, its just visible on the left). The Oficial Biography, by David leaf, First Edition, First Printing, dated: March 1979, almost a whole year before I was born! So, there they are, my most prized possessions! One thing for certain we know about you, Taly , you have amassed a huge Bee Gee collection, very very nice Wow, your collection is really impressive! It makes an impression!!! By the way, I returned

Alma, Oh! That's lovely! Go take a look again, and tell me all about it! I'd like to know the price, the condition and if anything is indeed missing. You made me very curious. That is if you don't mind. Love, Tali xoxoxo Taly, I went back to the record store and the Tales from the Brothers Grimm that I saw was indeed missing disc 3......but guess what, they had two additional sets so of course I bought one. I paid $28.99 for it. The other one for some reason had a price of $37.99. I listened to it over the weekend and you were right, it is a beautiful set. Love Alma
