Is it just me or has the forum become incredibly slow lately?
Things that used to happen in seconds take minutes now. :? I just made myself a cup of tea while waiting to be logged in.

I've found that at times too. I've just thought it was just because I have windup. Oops! I meant dialup! frown Sometimes it's slower than others. Hopefully it won't happen too oftern or seize up completely!

I haven't experienced anything and I'm on broadband internet so I would take note if anything did slow down. Is it just with this site that you experience this?

It's just this site, the whole site, not just the forum, while everything else works normally. That's why I thought it might be a problem with the site.

Thanks for your feedback. I just heard from Lori that for her it's been so bad that she couldn't even post during the last couple of days. frown
At the moment everything is ok here for me.

For me it's always more or less slow now during some hours in the evening, the rest of the day it seems to be working normally.

I hope we can get Lori back soon, the forum is not the same without her. cry

It would seem that there should be someone involved in creating and maintaining the website/ forum who could help Lori get back in! It sounds like it hasn't been the first time that she has encountered this problem.

Maybe we should start a threat
WE WANT LORI BACK!

The question is whether it's the forum or Lori ... We should have to get more feedback from others with the same problem. That's difficult, though, when they can't post.

Where are you, Ferdinand? Do you have any idea about this? smile

I'm sorry to hear that Lori is having trouble logging in or posting in the forum. For me it seems to run hot and cold. Sometimes I have no trouble and it's fairly quick to post and other times it's nearly impossible to post something so I usually end up just reading the posts even though I may have a response. frown I have the similar problem on other sites. I'm assuming though it's more of a problem on my end with my older computer.

Look at me! I am back laugh

Well, actually it's Susanne testing if it is a problem with the account ........

So far, so good! Haven't been logged out yet

Anyone have any ideas as to what might be going on that Lori can't log in with her computer, but I can using her info? :?:

Hey, it's me for real this time!  I had Suz log in as me from a different location and it worked, so I guess my issue is just that I'm in the desert again. Multiple computers here would not allow me to stay logged on!

Since 27 August, I was automatically logged out seconds after logging in, meaning I could never post! Serious withdrawals! May that never happen again!

MISSED YOU GUYS!!!
