"Secret Agent" was co-produced by Mark Ligget and Chris Barbosa and had a very different sound than its predecessors, with story lines reflecting street music. The first single from the album, the catchy "Boys (Do Fall in Love)", was a strong, fresh sounding record with a tongue-in-cheek lyric, and it deservedly cracked the Top 40 in the USA.

This was my first album of my bee gees or gibb collection, i was 8 when i saw Robin on tv in Spain singing boys do fall in love, and i felt in love , i was hypnotized by his voice.

I cried to my sister to buy me his lp, because i had no money (i spent my money in sweets), then one afternoon my sister arrived home with 2 lps, first he show me the one she bought for her "now voyager" casuality? but then she surprised me with SECRET AGENT!! , i must say, poor Barry :oops: , that i won't be interested in his lp, i only had eyes for Robin, sorry but i didn't know that they were brothers, and din't know anything about the bee geees neither, my sister was the one who explain to me a little about this guys.

In 2003 i met Robin for my first time in Barcelona, and of course i asked him for an autograph, and which lp was signed?
Yes, SECRET AGENT, my first LP.

Now the lp is in a frame hung on my wall together with more photos and posters of the brothers gibb.

Very touching Robin moments, cristina, thanks for sharing them with us ! If the video is any indication, I'm sure to fall in love with the album too!

Love the whole thing, In Your Diary has about the deepest voice he ever gets and Rebecca is great. It flows well with How Old Are You.

Each song does play like its own story and its own little world. I can see a long format music video with links between each song, maybe Robin looking at momentos of his adventures and thinking of the videos.

I got this album recently for my birthday, because I'd heard Boys Do Fall In Love and loved it. And the rest of the album does not dissapoint, it is brilliant! I also have Robin's Magnet which I think is fantastic, especially Earth Angel and Please.
Robin is always great!

Yeah, Magnet and My favorite Christmas carols are my favorite albums especially 'Mother of Love' and also Secret Agent
