Interviews from Belgium Our manager said to us when we first started, when I was seventeen in 67, write for forty years from now, write for the unborn, it has got to be something that everybody can relate to at any given time, and those elements are melody, rhythm and human relationships, which is timeless Relating to listening to Take That's version of How Deep Is Your Love.... Now at this distance, when I hear it on the radio (ours is better of course ), I just think it is the perfect record, the perfect song, it just has all those elements that a popular song should be with credibility and truth without being just for the moment....
I bring my twin brother Maurice Gibb back and my younger brother Andy Gibb back, those are the two important things, that eclipses everything else....
Barry and myself are talking all the time, talking to Steven Spielberg at the moment for film and stage of the biography of our lives * *At last the movie for their lifetime achievement, the most outstanding soundtrack of all time .

Remembering Robin's description of where they composed many of the songs for Saturday Night Fever, wasn't it somewhere in the bowels of France!?!, and what was it about those French cows :? !?! Having gotten myself into this one, I checked on the Rachel Ray Show, and Robin basically says that the only living things that heard Staying Alive were the French cows who needed feeding, (oops) milking, worse still    ! Among the amazing revelations on the recent BBC broadcasts regarding The Bee Gees composition styles , we have learned that it was quiet and boring at the chateau. Not only were there French cows in need of milking, there were few shops and one which sold horse meat with a big horse's head outside the door . Robin certainly sets the scene . Can hardly wait for the Spielberg version of this infamous chateau where The Brothers conceived their record breaking hits .

Very scary , Kirsten . We now have an idea of what Robin was going through, it was touch and go for awhile . Reassuring to have Dwina there to give him loving care. So happy his recovery is moving right along !

Here Is A Quote From Robin About His Operation!
Robin: "I remember lying on the operating table being determined not to die. I said to the guy when I went in there: 'You'd better do a good job or I'm coming after you.' The worst part was wondering: 'Will I wake up and not be me again? Will there be other complications? Will I be in a coma?" Kirsten, thanks for sharing this with us, these are scary news, but thank God, everything ended well. by the way, i found the article about this on the link you gave me. Martina

He's okay now, Martina . I must admit , I watch the video because I cannot get over, throughout the chaos, Robin remains a gentleman, even returning a scarf . And, luckily, thank goodness, he made it out in one piece, although covered with a smorgasbord !

Exactly, Martina , as Robin said, in the past they were not as much into security as they are now . The crowd at that festival behaved horribly , Robin should not have been subjected to such treatment !
