We're aiming to "freshen up" the look of robingibb.com as well as reorganise content a bit, by early/mid-december. Do let us know what you like/dislike, and what (new/more) content/type of content you'd like to see added. We can't promise to take all ideas/suggestions into account, but we may be able to pick up at least some of the ideas!

Of course, I love it here, the only thing missing is Robin . Wouldn't it send us to the moon should he become more involved !?!

If Robin were to answer and surprise us all , one of our questions, or, upload a picture from his phone!?! Even if he corrected some misinformation or elaborated more on anything from the past or on an upcoming event!?!

That's right, a little more Robin involvement would be much welcomed, maybe some news about new music and upcoming projects. I'd also like to see the site become a little more Bee Gees-orientated. Perhaps with some photos of Maurice, Robin and Barry together here and there outside of the History section.

More Robin involvement for sure! I faithfully stalk the "images from Robin's phone" area. . . and would love to see questions answered in the questions section. I absolutely *love* this site, and hearing from Robin regularly would be the ultimate!

I would like to hear about concerts from Robin's perspective, also. Pretty much I'd like to hear anything and everything. I LOVED the clips where Robin was talking politics. Video clips of Robin's thoughts on any subject would be quite welcomed.

These could be my very words. I generally am content with the contents of the site, with a little more input from Robin himself it would be just perfect.
As to the look however I would like to make a suggestion. There has been much complaint that the white on black is so hard to read. Of course we can enlarge, but then the sides are cut off, and scrolling back and forth is not really comfortable. From the examples we have seen the new pictures are supposed to be black and white (which I love, by the way ), I could imagine some lighter shade of grey (at least in the text parts) would go well with them and would be more eye-friendly.

As everyone above has mentioned I would be happy to see Robin's presence a little more too...I always enjoy his blog when there is an addition and look forward to the messages for holidays etc...but it would be nice to have an unexpected message or video, or the Q & A section become a regular feature. Also, I don't know if this is workable but is it possible that a music loop of Robin/Bee Gees songs could be continuously playing on the site? I think it would be nice to click on home and hear music!! You know maybe someone visiting the site will hear a song they do not recognize and it will encourage them to go in search of the song!!! But I don't know if perhaps that would interfere with the working of the audio and video already available on the site.

I absolutely agree with all ideas above especially more involvement from Robin and more pictures. In the past, I know that Barry sometimes chatted with his fans via chatting room in his website, but I do not know whether it still exists now. Maybe, we have a chance to do like that with Robin.

The chatroom is still there, cuteRobin, but for a long time I couldn't re-register to Barry's site.
I took part in two chats, it was hectic, you just could not follow what was happening. Decided not to see it any more I don't know if a new chat was since that time.

I do not think that a chat would really suit Robin. We might end up with him never appearing at all. Besides I feel there is not much essential ever said in a chat. In my opinion we would profit more if Robin could find time to share his thoughts with us in his Blog more regularly.

Some time ago I found a clipping from the Fab 208 magazine where around 1970 Robin used to write a column about his activities. It would be great if he would do something in this style here for us, maybe once a month.

Personally, I'd be interested in seeing any poetry or prose, what books he recommends, visual arts by him or that he appreciates, photos, stories- even "seemingly insignificant" memories are fun to read, etc.

The History section of the website has always been a great asset in my opinion with the photos, videos, etc from the past to the present. Always love to see more and new photos. Perhaps Robin could share some of the more candid ones taken while working in the studio either alone or with Barry and Maurice? I Wish The Colors Would Work On Here When You Write A Message On Here!

In order to play the video and audio files from the Members section, I had to login about 20 times. The login connection is lost after every new click.

Me too. And even worse, I can only open the files on the first page of each section. When I try to log in to the following, I'm always taken back to the first page.

I switched to Mozilla Firefox a while back but have to use Internet Explorer to access the members section or else I am unable to log in. It could be one of the add-ons preventing it though.

Should mention this is from The Garden Party in 2008 where Susan George was a welcome friend of Robin and Dwina Gibb .

Remembering this was just after the parachutists arrived , Robin may have taken pictures as they were landing!?!

Maybe Robin has finally tried to upload some images and messed everything up.

As for me, I would be more interested in photos from a special Robin perspective than in those everyone could take. E.g. the bottom side of a Prebendal mushroom ... on the rare occasions we get to visit we would not venture to lay down flat on the grass for a shot, but the landlord of course has all opportunity to do so. Just an example to illustrate what I mean, I guess such a photo is not one you use to do with your cell.

Let me just say, I love them differently . They are two brothers, equally gifted beyond belief , and, yet, very unique !

Picking favorites, however, I could not do ! How could one choose between I Started A Joke and Too Much Heaven, not I ! And, the combination of their voices, as described by their brother Maurice, unbelievable heights !

Different feelings among the brothers, cannot be denied and quite natural, I would assume .

Not to overlook what their combined creative genius has given the world !

Pleeease, I would not have found this place and crossed over the ocean five times without these feelings for Robin. I guess it is the word favourite, which is troubling for me and I have chosen different . I, for one, only able to choose a favourite song in context, the beginning of my relationship with the Bee Gees music, and my actual encounters .

Suffice it to say, Martina, agreed ! Like many, Robin is my one true love , without having to bring Barry into the story !

Bethany, I do not think that this is about picking a favourite, in most cases it just happens.
It is okay though to have one. The brothers' merits within the Bee Gees may be equal, but they have very different personalities. It is only natural if one of them appeals more to us than the others.

Gabriele, for me it is not about personality even, I summed it up.

For Barry, my feelings are brotherly, I dearly love this man. Whereas, Robin is my one and only passion , on this planet, or, any other. Nothing at all to do with Barry, so I do not have to choose , they are both very appealing to me in different ways!

Of course, everyone, else is free to choose .
