Yes it's an autoharp. Here's a link to Bryan Bowers, one of the best autoharp players I think, playing and singing his song "The View from Home" about the Seattle Washington area where he lives. After that song, he plays a short version of "The Flowers of Edinburgh." Anyway it gives you a taste of what it sounds like.
